Your files, safe and off-site
Upkyo cloud backup is coming soon: your computers and servers copied automatically to off-site storage, ready to restore. Leave your email and we will let you know the day we launch.
Cloud backup that works for you
Set it up once and your backups run on their own from then on.
Automatic backups
Backups follow the schedule you choose, so you never have to think about them.
Off-site storage
Your copies are kept away from your office, safe from theft, fire or hardware failure.
Easy restores
Recover a single file, a folder or an entire machine in a few clicks.
Version history
Go back to an earlier version of a file that was changed or deleted by mistake.

Your files are encrypted before they leave your device, so only you can read them.
One dashboard

Why you need off-site cloud backup
A copy on a drive sitting next to your computer does not cover everything. An off-site copy does.

- Protects against a lost or stolen laptop
- Protects against disk failure

Cloud backup: your questions answered
What to know before launch.
What is cloud backup?
It is a copy of your files sent automatically to remote storage. If your computer or server runs into trouble, you restore your data from that copy.
How is it different from an external hard drive?
An external drive sits next to your computer and can be stolen, damaged or encrypted at the same time. Cloud backup keeps a copy somewhere else, with nothing to plug in.
Does cloud backup protect against ransomware?
Yes, that is one of its main benefits. With version history, you can restore your files exactly as they were before the attack.
When will cloud backup be available?
Very soon. Click “Notify me” to get an email on launch day.
Are my website and email hosted with Upkyo already backed up?
Yes. Websites hosted with us are backed up every hour, and our business email includes backups. Cloud backup is designed for your computers and your own servers.
