Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Upkyo, whatever their abilities. Here is where we stand and how to get help.
Accessibility Statement
This statement describes our approach to digital accessibility, the measures already in place, the limitations we know about, and how to contact us.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Upkyo is committed to making its website, client area, and mobile app usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities and people who rely on assistive technologies.
Accessibility is part of how we design our pages and tools, just like security and performance.
2. Scope
This statement covers upkyo.com in all its languages, the client area, and the Upkyo mobile app.
It does not cover the websites, stores, and apps our customers publish using our services: their accessibility is the responsibility of their owners. When we build a website for a customer, the accessibility requirements are those agreed in the quote.
3. Standard and Conformance Status
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG, version 2.1 as our reference, with Level AA as our target.
This is a goal. At this time, we do not claim full conformance with this standard: some pages or features may not yet meet every success criterion. We consider our website partially conformant, and we keep working to improve it.
4. Measures in Place
We ensure sufficient contrast between text and background. Pages can be navigated by keyboard, with a logical focus order and a visible focus indicator.
Informative images have text alternatives, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers. Every page follows a clear heading structure that makes navigation easier. The website is available in several languages, and each page declares its language so assistive technologies pronounce it correctly.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may still be difficult to use: older documents, including invoices, archives, and PDF files, not all of which were designed to be accessible; some complex interactive elements in the client area; and content we do not control, described below.
We address these limitations over time, starting with those that prevent you from completing an essential task, such as placing an order, paying, or asking for help.
6. Third-Party Content and Services
Some steps rely on third-party services, such as the Stripe and PayPal payment pages, our partners’ domain name tools, control panels provided by software vendors, or the NordVPN service.
We choose our partners carefully, but we do not control the accessibility of their interfaces. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will offer another way to complete your task.
7. Mobile App
The Upkyo mobile app is designed to work with the accessibility features built into iOS and Android, such as screen readers, larger text, and display settings. The same Level AA goal applies.
Some features of the app may not yet be fully accessible. Every essential task remains available through the website and the client area.
8. Compatibility
The website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. It adapts to small screens and to text enlargement.
Very old browsers or tools may not display some elements correctly.
9. Report an Issue or Ask for Help
If you have trouble accessing any content or feature, email support@upkyo.com or open a ticket in your client area.
To help us, tell us which page or screen is affected, what difficulty you ran into, and which browser, device, and assistive technology you use. Our human support team is available 24/7 and can help you with orders, payments, managing your services, or reading a document.
10. Alternative Formats on Request
If some content is not accessible to you, we can provide it in another form, for example as plain text by email, as a detailed description, or by helping you complete a task on your behalf where possible.
This service is free of charge. We respond to your request within a reasonable time, depending on its nature and complexity.
11. Continuous Improvement
We review the accessibility of new pages and features before release, take our users’ feedback into account, and regularly review the website as a whole.
We update this statement as our services evolve.
12. Legal Framework
Our approach takes into account applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States and, for services offered to consumers in the European Union, the European Accessibility Act to the extent it applies to Upkyo.
This statement describes our goals and practices. It does not create any contractual obligation beyond what the law and our Terms of Service provide. If translations differ, the English version controls.
